Designer & Developer
Tim Marshall has devoted his life to ministry, leadership, and creativity. His foundation was built at Jackson College of Ministries, where he cultivated both a deep love for the Word and a passion for serving others. On September 1, 1989, he married his soulmate, Melanie Forbush, beginning a lifelong partnership in ministry and mission.
Over the years, Tim has served in diverse roles, from Music Pastor to Senior Pastor for a decade, and has since carried the Gospel across the globe as an evangelist and leader. His gift for communication has inspired countless lives, and his ministry continues to expand through preaching, teaching, and mentoring the next generation of leaders.
Together with Melanie, he co-founded the Mission Impact Team, a global initiative dedicated to advancing the cause of Christ through missions around the world. Their heart for people and commitment to revival can be seen in every project they undertake.
In addition to ministry, Tim is also a graphic and web designer with more than 20 years of experience. What began with a love for technology in the late 1980s has grown into Faith First Design, a creative outlet where his artistic vision meets his heart for Kingdom impact.
Above all, Tim treasures his role as husband, father, and now grandfather. He and Melanie are the proud parents of Dustin (married to Janelle, parents to Ellis Brooke) and Alexis Brooke Marshall. Beyond the pulpit and design desk, Tim enjoys music, has a sharp sense of humor, and finds joy in making others laugh, a reminder that ministry is as much about heart as it is about calling.

Alexis Marshall is a graduate of Indiana Bible College, earning her degree in Biblical Studies with a minor in Music, graduating with honors. A gifted copywriter with a natural flair for creativity, Alexis brings both excellence and innovation to every project she touches.
At Faith First Design, Alexis serves as Social Media Manager and Creative Director, where she leads content strategy, creative branding, and client engagement with vision and style. Her ability to combine strategy with storytelling makes her an invaluable part of our team.
Beyond her skills, Alexis is full of energy and joy, making her not only a dynamic professional but also a delight to work with. Clients quickly discover that her creativity is matched by her warmth and enthusiasm, qualities that make every collaboration inspiring and enjoyable.

Drawing from his experience in sales and team development across the country, Dustin brings both strategic insight and contagious enthusiasm, positioning Faith First Design for sustainable growth and lasting impact.
